Les intervenants s\u2019appuient sur des outils nutritionnels, r\u00e9alisent une assistance en sant\u00e9 physique et psychosociale, et visent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le d\u00e9veloppement cognitif, physique et conceptuel des enfants. Le programme de foyers communautaires est propos\u00e9 sur le deuxi\u00e8me site de la ville de Bucaramanga, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant \u00e0 la Commune 10 (Comuna 10) de Bucaramanga, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme l\u2019une des moins favoris\u00e9es et comprenant des quartier tels que \u00ab&nbsp;Luz de Salvaci\u00f3n&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00ab&nbsp;Brizas de Provenza&nbsp;\u00bb et \u00ab&nbsp;La Ca\u00f1ada&nbsp;\u00bb.
