La population b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire se compose d&#8217;environ 2 000 autochtones de tous \u00e2ges&nbsp;: filles, gar\u00e7ons, adolescents, adultes et personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es. Notre programme global, via l&#8217;ex\u00e9cution de nos 5 projets, se concentre sur cette population vuln\u00e9rable en cherchant \u00e0 inhiber la crise, en garantissant son minimum vital, le respect et la garantie de ses droits \u00e9conomiques, sociaux et culturels. Tout ceci dans le but donner \u00e0 chacun de ses membres des opportunit\u00e9s des projets de vie d\u00e9cents et de favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement humain durable. La population Way\u00fau vit au quotidien dans un contexte de pauvret\u00e9 extr\u00eame o\u00f9 sont subies des difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques, psychologiques, sociales et personnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ajoutons que nous travaillons \u00e0 favoriser la resocialisation de la communaut\u00e9 et surmonter l\u2019inculture existante. Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un programme communautaire complet car il travaille avec la communaut\u00e9 et pour la communaut\u00e9, tout en pr\u00e9servant et en exportant sa richesse culturelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce programme est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au sein du troisi\u00e8me site de l\u2019association Mujer y Hogar, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 la ferme \u00ab&nbsp;La Playa&nbsp;\u00bb de la r\u00e9gion \u00ab&nbsp;Alta Guajira&nbsp;\u00bb. Cette ferme est aliment\u00e9e par l&#8217;\u00e9nergie renouvelable au moyen de 8 panneaux solaires. Une machine \u00e0 condensation permet son alimentation en eau. A savoir que l&#8217;usine de dessalement sera inaugur\u00e9e prochainement. Elle fournira plus de 1000 litres d&#8217;eau par jour \u00e0 la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme complet pour la population autochtone Way\u00fau est \u00e9labor\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement durable (ODD) du Programme des Nations Unies pour le D\u00e9veloppement 2030 (PNUD) suivants :<\/p>\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\"
